COVID-19 UPDATE

COVID-19 UPDATE

As we work our way through the current COVID pandemic we understand that these are trying and uncertain times for many but be assured that throughout the last year we have put new policies and practices in place to keep everyone safe within our clinic.

We remain open for emergency services or urgent care under the current alert level. If you are, or may be, experiencing a dental emergency feel free to contact us for help at (709) 722-0447.

Some of the changes we have made for the safety of our patients and staff for emergency services, as well as regular patient care as we are able to reopen, are outlined below;

  • All patients will be contacted prior to their appointment and screened for COVID-19.
  • Upon arrival to your appointment, please stay in your vehicle and call the office.
  • All persons entering the clinic must wear a mask as per regulations from the Health Authorities as of August 24/2020.
  • Only patients are permitted to enter the clinic, with the exception of essential guardians.
  • Upon arrival, patients will have their temperature taken, and are screened again. You will notice a Plexiglas barrier at our reception.
  • Patients will be asked to use a peroxide rinse before their treatment.
  • Clinical staff will be wearing gowns, face shields and protective respirators. All staff are also screened with questions and temperature checks twice daily.
  • We have increased the number of our existing HEPA filtration units to have one in each treatment room and waiting area.
  • We have made appointment times more spaced to allow for social distancing between patients.

We would like to sincerely thank our patients for trusting us with their care and supporting our office.

We welcome your questions or comments as we all work through this together. We are also happy to make special accommodations for patients with unique medical or personal needs. Please ask to speak to one of our staff, we are happy to help.

Thanks,

Dr. Meade and Staff at Churchill Square Dental
